Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the ASCIQ platform and website at asciq.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Description of service

ASCIQ provides a system of record for ambulatory surgical center operations, including credentialing, compliance, ownership, governance, and financial operations management. Access to the platform requires an active subscription agreement.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ASCIQ immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ASCIQ is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Data ownership

You retain all rights to the data you import into ASCIQ. We do not claim ownership of your facility records, credential data, ownership information, or any other content you provide. You grant ASCIQ a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• -Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• -Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• -Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• -Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Subscription and payment

Access to the ASCIQ platform is provided under a subscription agreement with pricing based on portfolio size and configuration. Payment terms, billing cycles, and renewal conditions are specified in your individual subscription agreement.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any interruptions or downtime beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASCIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
